February 15, 2013, an International scientific conference «The Supreme Court of Ukraine and Democratic Society: Origins and Prospects» (on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Supreme Court of Ukraine) was held. The event was organized by the Project Coordinator of the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation.
On January 31, 2013 The Department of International Law of Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University held the International scientific-methodical conference «The Problems of Teaching International Law». This is the first conference lately, focused on such problematic. Its arranging coincides in time with the work of the commission of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine on improving the training of specialists with higher education in the «International Law» field, the main purpose of which is the development and presentation of a new generation of industry standards in this area.
On January 18, 2013 at the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine Interuniversity roundtable «Comparative Law: Experience and Problems of Teaching» was held. It was organized by the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Center of Comparative Law of Koretskyi Institute of State and Law of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and Ukrainian Association of Comparative Law. Information support for the event was provided by the journals: «Law of Ukraine», «Legal State», «Eurasian Legal Journal», «Comparative Law», and «Comparative Legal Studies».
On December 3, 2012 the ceremony of signing the Agreement on cooperation between the Constitutional Assembly and the Editorial Board of the journal «Law of Ukraine» had took place. The Agreement had been signed by Leonid M. Kravchuk, President of the Constitutional Assembly and Oleksandr D. Sviatotskyi, Editor-in-Chief of the legal journal «Law of Ukraine».
