| Annotation | The article contains the general view on the history of preparation, main principles and norms of the new Law of Ukraine «On Private International Law» adopted in Ukraine on June 23, 2005 (amended by the Law of Ukraine «On providing changing in some laws of Ukraine for regulation questions of private international law» of January 21, 2010). Notwithstanding some demerits, the new Law as a whole is a considerable step towards the postmodern conflict regulation of international civil law relations. |
