This article focuses on realizing the role, place and importance of the Supreme Court in the legal system of Ukraine. The Highest court position is analyzed in the context that contains a comprehensive view on law, its integrity, consistency, commitment and formal certainty. The author emphasizes importance of implementation state building targets and described functions of the law action support and similar law realization by the highest court.
