The article analyzes the formation and development of legal regulation of social relations in the Ukrainian People’s Republic in the Central Council. Much attention is paid to the characterization of the legislation of the Ukrainian People’s Republic in the Central Council in the field of land, financial, labor, civil, criminal and procedural legal relations. The role of historical and legal science in the study and generalization of the experience of legislative provision of state-building processes in the Ukrainian People’s Republic in the Central Rada is revealed.
