In article on the basis of official statistical these judicial and law enforcement agencies the criminological analysis of the persons guilty of commission of corruption crimes is carried out. Their social and demographic, criminal and legal and moral and psychological signs are investigated. It gave the chance to make general idea about a criminological image of the modern corruptionist criminal in Ukraine.
