The article is dedicated to the analysis of the mechanisms of implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union with a view to the changes and amendments under the Lisbon Treaty. Special attention is paid to the issues of relation between the EU law and the law of Ukraine, as well as actual tools of implementation of the EU law in the internal legal order of Ukraine. The ways of the improvement of the legal mechanism of implementation of the EU law in the internal legal order of Ukraine are determined. |
