| Annotation | The article studies international legal documents that declare common international standards regarding organization and functioning of the Advocacy. The concepts of world, international and European standards of advocacy are analyzed. The process of formation of the legal Institute of Advocacy in Ukraine is studied. The necessity to harmonize the legislation of Ukraine in the field of advocacy with European standards is emphasized. |
