Annotation The paper attempts to identify the possibilities and limits of application of concepts of «classical» and «non-classical» regarding comprehension of law by post-Soviet jurisprudence’s search of its methodological identity. Based on the application of the concept of legal reality the main models of its comprehension are separated: objectivist, subjectivist and intersubjective. It is argued that only latest model can be defined as non-classical.
Keywords legal reality, methodological models, classical and non-classical comprehension of law, objectivity, subjectivity, intersubjectivity.
