| Annotation | Based on the recent changes to the valid legislation of Ukraine and new regulations on state executive service and executive procedure the author analyzed the dual nature of legal liability of bailiff as a part of its administrative and legal status. The features of the grounds and procedures for legal liability of a bailiff are covered in the article. The author suggested proposals for the legislative improvement of the regulation of the legal liability of a bailiff in Ukraine. |
