| Annotation |
The materialist theory of law contains the most fruitful methodology for integrative understanding of law. The methodology is the representation of the objective law as a legal form of economic relations. During the transition from possibility to reality the objective right takes the form of consistently positive law, individual rights and specific rights. Rationale behind the disclosure and communication between these forms of law allows us to overcome the one-sidedness and incompleteness of the positivist, psychological and sociological theories of law. |
