The article considers current issues relating to the prevention of corruption matters relating to the prevention in the judicial system of Ukraine within existing current legislation, the European experience and public opinion analyzes the role of judicial authorities in this area. Following analysis of anti-corruption legislation is a number of proposals for improving the legal regulation of the judiciary, in particular self-government body of the judiciary to prevent corruption and its manifestations. |
