| Annotation |
The article analyzes the main corruption risks in the advocacy. The author identified corruption risks such as the initiation or intermediation on the part of the advocates in the transfer of unlawful remuneration other entities of the sectoral jurisdictional facilities, illegal receipt of remuneration by members of bar in the process of formation of the profession or disciplinary proceedings of advocates, as well as during the distribution of cooperative cash or property. It was concluded the necessity of comprehensive counter corruption risks in advocacy by implementing a wide range of ideological, legal and organizational measures. |
