This article reviews legislation, which regulates procedural terms affecting duration of legal proceedings, taking into account practice of European court of human rights, and analyses standard of «reasonable» terms according to law in force. Stated reasons for breaking terms of legal investigation and possible ways of solution on example of European countries’ law. |
