The article focuses on the analysis of problems of harmonization of the provisions of the Civil law of Ukraine with those of the European Union. Particularly, correlation between the Civil and Commercial Codes of Ukraine as regards regulation of the corporate relationship, including corporate management; ways of unification and harmonization of legal norms regulating contract relationship are considered in the article. |
