| Annotation |
«Europeanization» of the Ukrainian judicial system is the consistent application of the fundamental principles of international law and EU law, and best legal standards of EU law by Ukrainian judges. However, the Ukrainian judicial system has been criticized for continuing reluctance in applying international and European legal standards. Аnalysis of the Ukrainian judicial practice shows some progress in the «Europeanization» of the Ukrainian judiciary. |
