| Annotation |
The article deals with the significance or the Constitution of Ukraine for the existence and improvement of the financial legislation. It describes the role of finances and the legislative acts that regulate the financial relations in the process of revenue mobilization in the different parts of the budget system, as well as financing the expenditures for the functioning of the state and implementation of all Constitution’s provisions. It shows a special relation between the norms of the Constitution and the norms of the Law. |
