Annotation

The article deals with the research of the formation of the public informationaxiology foundations. The super-fast formation of the information civilization has aggravatedthe problems of both access to the public and any resources and use of resources, includinginformational. Under modern conditions the main task of the information policy is not so muchaccess to the information market as an opportunity to implement thereon the own strategywhich meets the national interests of the country. With the transformation of a knowledgemethodology, the postmodernism formation the need of a prudent public information policy,which would be based on the scientific foundations and no temporary authorities whimsregarding the solution of the tactical or operational objectives, is growing up.
