| Annotation |
The article is devoted to problems of optimization of criminal legal means in order to realization of the social function of criminal law — raising the level of human and society security from socially dangerous encroachments. The criminal legal means, such as establishment of the criminal law and application of criminal legal measures, are analyzed. The creation of an optimal model of the impact of criminal legal measures deemed necessary. This model needs to consist of differentiated measures, which are necessary and sufficient to reduce the number of offenses. Some problematic issues, which need to be solved for creating this model, are indicated. |
