The current state in scientific research of problems in cassation appeal in administrative justice of Ukraine is analyzed in the article. According to the subject of scientific analysis, scientific achievements of domestic scientists on appeal in administrative justice are systematizated in groups and outlined are the prospects for further research. The author determined that problematic issues in the appeal of court decisions in the thesis research appear in different fields of legal knowledge: general theory of state and law, constitutional, administrative, civil, economic and other areas of law. Based on the analysis of judicial practice the author provided suggestions for improving the current legislation. |
