| Annotation |
A retrospective analysis of the formation of the Institute of interpretation since the emergence of the law and the state to create a modern system of law. Revealed, the origins of which lie in the basis of the interpretation today which provisions are borrowed from ancient times, what kinds of interpretation disappeared with time, and which still exist today. It is proved that Roman jurists had a great influence on the development of legislation, and their legal interpretation was of high enough quality. On the basis of developments over the next centuries, scientists lawyers and practice trying to make such methods and rules of interpretation that would meet the then state of development of the society and view about the role of law in it. Definitely, what a modern institution of interpretation was the result of a rethinking of historical heritage and practical experience, has absorbed in itself sometimes proven tools and techniques with the requirements and tasks of modern legal science. |
