| Annotation |
The article is dedicated to the scientific research of the questions of inheritance law, in particular it touches the definition of civilcivil – legal aspects of recognition of will as invalid, use of general grounds of invalidity of deeds, as well as special norms concerning invalidity of wills. As a result of this research and summery of judicial practice author introduced a number of legislative improvements concerning the strengthening of protection and defence of rights and interests in the field of inheritance under the will. |
