| Annotation | In this paper, based on analysis of existing perspectives, the author investigates features, structural elements and correlation of civil society with the state. In this connection, the author suggests author features and formulates his own definition of civil society. Given that the quite controversial separation of structural elements of civil society, the author considers it as a structured social body and indicates the most important of them. System-creating aspects correlation of civil society with the state are investigated. The author substantiates the priority of civil society over the state. The author draws suggestions on the improvement of domestic civil society. |
