| Annotation |
The article is devoted to theoretical, methodological and practical problems of identifying and classifying the subjects of the constitutional legal relations. Factors that contribute to the changes in the qualitative characteristics of relations in the constitutional law and widening of their subject structure are analyzed. Such categories as «subject of the constitutional law» and «subject of the constitutional and legal relations» are differentiated. Classification, systematization and essential characteristics of the main subjects of the constitutional law of Ukraine are carried out. Peculiarities of the legal personality of parties of the constitutional legal relations (namely constitutional delictual capacity) are analyzed. |
