Both notion and role of objects of legal relations regarding land in legal regulation of land relations are investigated. It is proved that land as an object of legal relations reflects different, sometimes opposite interest of their subjects. That is why deep study of object of legal relations regarding land opens new possibilities for finding out and identification of interests of the subjects as well as new ways to balancing and satisfaction of them by legal means. The trend in formation of complex objects of legal relations regarding land (territories, networks and so on) in the land law of Ukraine as well as objects-qualities of land is investigated. It is pointed out that formation of complex objects is coursed by necessity of subordination of legal status of land plots, ways, squares and so on which are covered by complex objects to legal status of the last. The classification of objects of legal relations regarding land on simple and complex objects as well as objects which are qualities of land is substantiated. It is proved that further diversification of objects of legal relations regarding land is prospective direction of land legislation’s development in Ukraine.
