The article analyzes the laws that regulate the acceptance again former employees on the service of internal affairs bodies, and analyze the court practice of the cases about appeal of refusal to accept on the service of this category of persons. The author highlights the problematic issues of legal regulation of issues of failure to restore on the service of former enforcement officers, suggests ways to solve them. |
