Annotation The article is devoted to the problem areas of ensuring consistency and coherence of the European Court of Human Rights’ case law. The role of the Grand Chamber in this process was defined. The part of the Panel was identified. The article contains recommendations as to mastering and learning Court’s case law, considering its evolutionary nature. The procedures of the Grand Chamber and peculiarities have been identified in cases affecting case­law consistency. The article contains the Grand Chamber’s general statistics and examples of cases, the reason for the revision of which was the issue of case­law consistency of the Strasbourg Court.
