| Annotation |
Special features of the legal regulation of divorce under the law of Ukraine and the law of other countries are analyzed in the article. Suggestions to improve the valid family law of Ukraine in the field of divorce are introduced. Dissolution of marriage is considered as one of the grounds for termination of family relations which is condemned by both the public and the church. Nonjudicial or administrative and judicial procedure for dissolution of marriage under the legislation of Ukraine and other countries is analyzed; grounds for dissolution of marriage under judicial procedure are defined. The grounds for the moratorium on dissolution of marriage and features of application by the courts of measures on reconciliation of spouses under the legislation of Ukraine and other countries are addressed. The relations in dissolution of marriage under private international law are analyzed. The grounds, legal consequences of separate living regime of spouses and its difference from the dissolution of the marriage are defined. |
