| Annotation |
The article is devoted to defining various legal regimes of community property. Attention is paid to the concept of acquiring property by spouses during their marriage and its grounds, inter alia, due to privatization of housing and land. Attention is drawn to the grounds for challenge the powers by one spouse as committed by other spouse without his consent. The problems of community property use by one spouse via making up the share capital of companies and private enterprises are covered. The emphasis is made on the peculiarity of the legal regime of community property, namely the right of juveniles, minors and disabled children. |
