| Annotation |
Interscientific links of criminalistics in the system of sciences have been considered. The role of criminalistics in the structure of criminal sciences has been determined. The trends of criminalistics development in the light of its scientific paradigm transformation have been analyzed. The importance of impact of law on criminalistics and influence of procedural transformations on criminalistics measures have been emphasized. Given the analysis of the effective legislation on criminal procedure, its current provisions as well as scientific concepts the conclusion on the origin of «adversary criminalistics» was made. |
