| Annotation |
The article is devoted to the investigation of the institute of notification of a person about a suspicion which is based on provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine of 2012. The correlation between functions of the prosecution and the defence during criminal proceedings is analyzed. The author considers the issue of the beginning of realization of function of the prosecution in the criminal proceedings which begins with the advent of suspicion. The grounds for notification of a person about a suspicion are examined in detail; their classification is provided. The attention is focused on the procedural order of notification of a person about suspicion. Proposals regarding ways to improve the procedural order of notification of the person about a suspicion are suggested in the article. |
