| Annotation |
This publication has been prepared within the subject of the study of science of the criminal process. It includes the problems of the Institute of removal of a suspect and the accused from the office. The legal nature of such a ban is disclosed, its legal grounds are critically analyzed in the article. The author determines the issues arising during the criminal proceedings. Given the nature of the problems of suspension the author outlined the need for unification of the application of the relevant mechanism. The features of the procedure of removal of the suspects and the accused, which fill the posts in connection with their election to the representative bodies, are covered. The character of the research on the issue under consideration is determined. |
