| Annotation |
This article is about the problem of modernization of law enforcement activities and improvement of Ukraine’s law enforcement system in the context of the Constitutional Assembly work. The necessity of the introduction to law making and law using activities category of «State Law Enforcement Agencies» is justified, inherent characteristics of such agencies are defined. Ways to optimize the law enforcement agencies system as a part of administrative reform process and improvement of the national security and defense system are analyzed. |
