| Annotation |
The article is devoted to the problems of correlation of criminal procedure law and means of criminalistics. The attention is paid to some tendencies in criminal procedure regulation of the investigation proceedings in Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine as well as the formation of forensic recommendations on this basis. The analysis of the system of investigation proceedings is conducted and suggestions on their practical realization are set. The functional purpose of individual investigation proceedings is revealed and their role in forming evidential information is defined. The necessity in eliminating legal gaps in the regulation of traditional investigation proceedings is emphasized. Attention is focused on formation of the new institute in the criminal process — secret investigation (inquisition) proceedings. Expediency of construction and realization of typical tactical operations as effective means of criminalistics in disclosing and investigation of crimes is argued. |
