| Annotation | The activity of bodies within criminal justice in the implementation of the newCriminal Procedure Code of Ukraine is analyzed in the article. The author covers positive trends and put emphasis on those issues in law enforcement practice, which require legislative solution. The author provides specific examples of the work of law enforcement agencies on problems in implementation of the new provisions of the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine and suggests possible ways of their settlement. |
