| Annotation |
The article deals with specific provisions of judicial jurisdiction integrity in the context of doctrine of judicial law. Judicial system and judicial procedure are the components of the latter. The attention is paid to the theory of judicial procedure integrity. The author proves the fact that theory of judicial law as the basis for organization and activity of judicial power at the present stage consists of judiciary, civil, criminal and administrative procedures. Besides, the author outlined the importance of study of such phenomenon as legal procedure, its features, types, principles. A range of conclusions concerning judicial procedure integrity and concept of judicial jurisdiction integrity were formed. |
