The article deals with the conceptual (doctrinal) directions of the development of administrative law science, including the rules of administrative and legal regulation of social relations, sources of administrative law and interpretations of administrative and legal norms, administrative enforcement (accountability), etc. The doctrine of administrative law science is like a part of the science of the legal system, fundamental component of public law and branch of public law (legal science) which has administrative legislation, its regulations, ways of updating and systematization, peculiarities of the subject and methods of legal regulation, place in the system of law and public law, relationship with other legal doctrines, tasks of administrative and legal science and their tools of solving, perspectives of development of institutions and sub-branches of administrative law as the subject. According to the author preparation of a new scientifically grounded doctrine of administrative law requires focusing efforts on addressing the main challenges and trends of development of administrative law, identifying and solving problematic issues facing the legal science, which are described in the article. |
