| Annotation |
The article deals with issues of interference of courts in the field of economic disputes resolving by arbitration in accordance with bankruptcy legislation and «public order» interpretation. It is concluded that the interpretation of the causes of bankruptcy proceedings cannot challenge the legal effect of arbitral award. The harmful Russian experience of failing enforcement of international arbitral award based on voluntary interpretation of category of «public order» and mandatory rules is emphasized.
