Given the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine, including international treaties of Ukraine and judicial practice, the state of performing by the courts of Ukraine functions of control and assistance to international commercial arbitration is analyzed in the article. The proposals as to the improvement of legislation and law-enforcement practice in the field are expressed. |
