| Annotation |
The article is dedicated to the issues of the theory and practice of the lawmaking activity of the President of Ukraine and its rulemaking assistance. The nature and content of the categories «lawmaking activity» and «rulemaking activity» are correlated. The lawmaking activity of the President of Ukraine and its essential features are researched. Legal acts of the President of Ukraine as a result of his lawmaking activity are analyzed. The legal nature of the rulemaking assistance of activity of the President is defined. System of the entities authorized to perform such activity is uncovered. Urgent theoretic and methodological problems in the sphere of lawmaking activity of the head of state ant its rulemaking assistance are stated, as well as proposals to improve legislation in this sphere. |
