Annotation Problematic issues, related to the explanation of non-standard forms of employment, are analyzed. The main attention is paid to the scientific analysis of the positions of trade unions on non-standard forms of employment contract and the reasons for their negative attitudes towards practical implementation in the modern world. The proposals on ways to avoid the negative effects of non-standard forms of employment for employees have been made.
