| Annotation |
The issue of theoretical basis of organization of judicial power of Ukraine is studied. The concept of judicial law category having several independent meanings, scientific and practical approaches thereto is outlined. Scientific views which constitute the basis of origin of judicial law concept as well as their evolution from pre-revolutionary into the Soviet legal system are analyzed. The current state of implementation judicial law ideas abroad is studied. Given the analysis, the author states that in the framework of reform of legal system of Ukraine both theoretical and practical values of judicial law imply that it can be a conceptual basis for optimization of process of establishing independent judicial power. |
