| Annotation |
The article analyzes questions of CIS states cooperation in the sphere of succession, restitution and return of cultural values. The characteristic of Agreement on return of cultural and historical values to its Countries of Origin 1992 and also the provisions of UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property 1970, Resolutions of UN General Assembly on return cultural values and the problems of its practical implementation is given. |
