In clause the problems the legal responsibility for infringement of the legislation are investigated that adjusts quality of agricultural production. The condition of the legislation on the given question is analyzed. Entering additions to the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Clause 227-1 is offered. Manufacture of poor-quality agricultural production) and Code of Ukraine about administrative offences (Clause 42-4.
