The article is dedicated to the analysis of peculiarities of contemporary international law and tendencies of its development, to global problems of international community. For this purpose historical formation of the contemporary international law is analyzed. The role of the UNO in combating of the negative consequences of globalization as well as problems in reforming of this organization and the process of progressive development of the present-day international law are studied. |
