| Annotation |
The functional purpose of operatively-search actions in maintenance of efficiency of pre-judicial manufacture in criminal trial is stated in the article. The author analyzes the stages of knowledge of the investigation, corresponding positions of the legislation on interrelation of operatively-search activity and criminal legal proceedings. In this connection the expediency of inclusion in the project of the code of criminal procedure of Ukraine operatively-search actions as component of pre-judicial investigation is proved. |
