Article title Resolutions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and Their Jurisdictional Function

Annotation The article deals with the issue of the character and role of resolutions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of procedural nature. However, due to their structure and essence the jurisdictional function thereof requires new approaches to the reflection of legal views on early decisions of the Court. In case of refusal to review the constitutional petitions and appeals, the potential of constitutional justice should be used in the resolutions with a view to the content of motivation part of the former. The author emphasizes the problems indicating the lack of regulation by the Law of Ukraine «On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine» of the order of consideration of cases that do not meet its requirements. The issue on final resolutions, the possible review of the practice of justice, when cases on constitutional petitions and appeals filed should have a required admission to the consideration of the merits, are studied.
