| Annotation |
In the article the author describes the role of the doctrine of judicial law guarantee mechanism to ensure judicial power unity, as well as effectiveness of judicial defense of rights and legitimate interests of subjects under the unified standards. The statement on judicial law doctrine as a link to all judicial authorities is studied. The judicial law is proved to provide essential description of the judicial authority integrity, its functioning in a single legal environment. The latter is provided by effective unified law. The role of the judicial law in protection of rights and freedoms of subjects in relations as well as in securing unity of conditions for implementation of fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens is substantiated. The common principles of judicial authority organization and functioning are emphasized. Issues of legitimizing the concept of judicial law in Ukraine are analyzed. |
