| Annotation |
The article is devoted to legal mechanisms of state control in the sphere of rehabilitation of the disabled, revealed the main problems associated with the legislative regulation of the processes of social protection of persons with disabilities and of their rehabilitation. Also displayed is the creation of conditions for persons with disabilities to full-fledged life for the formation of adequate environments. The article is due to the search for ways of perfection of legislative base, which implies a theoretical analysis and consideration of the elaboration of this problem in Ukraine. Attention is paid to investigation of legal mechanisms of state control in the sphere of rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. In this article the author emphasizes the lack of legislative activity in the absence of an attempt to link all the questions in a single solution and increase the efficiency not only of each of the activities of social assistance, and the system as a whole. |
