| Annotation |
The role and place of the National Academy of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine in reforming the Public Prosecutor’s Office are studied in the article. The issues of application of new rules of the Law of Ukraine «On the Public Prosecutor’s Office» in practice, in particular for the special training of candidates for a public prosecutor’s post, are analyzed. The author proves the relevance of appropriate training and educational activities within the framework of the Academy based on the foreign experience and relevant international standards. |
