| Annotation |
The article analyzes the formation, development and current state pension system in the Russian Federation. The basic provisions of law and solidarity issues: funded systems, and private pensions. Specified the need for ratification of ILO Convention number 112. The idea of the need to preserve the leading role of the state in pension provision of citizens. |
